• Pre-Work – Participants invest in their learning by completing assessments and questionnaires prior to their attendance. A sampling of the instruments Morales Associates utilizes in their programs are as follows: FIRO-B, Myers-Briggs, 360 Instruments, DISC, Change Style Indicator, I-Speak, KAI, and Harrison.
• Custom Focus - via client consultations and organizational surveys to frame the requirements of leadership on the “organizational playing field.”
• Assessment and Feedback – The power of 360 feedback combined with individual assessments offer a robust picture of participants’ leadership styles, strengths and development needs.
