RICK MORALES is an organizational consultant and founder of Trexlyn, Inc. dba Morales Associates. For over 20 years Rick has specialized in helping organizations develop leaders and teams, leverage strengths, clarify objectives and implement learning strategies. His interest in leadership and organizations was sparked by sociological investigations into public policy issues, leading to work with a broad range of national and international firms.

He has also been a juried speaker at national conferences of the Human Resource Planning Society, the Society for Human Resource Management, the Organizational Development Network, the American Sociological Association, and the National Council for La Raza. Rick holds Masters and Doctorate degrees in Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley (1985). He also competed post-doctoral research on international labor markets at the Center for U.S. Mexican Studies, UCSD. He was previously on faculty of the Center for Creative Leadership (1987-1995) where he facilitated core offerings and served as executive coach to hundreds of clients. Rick makes his home in coastal San Diego with his wife Tracy. They have three college-aged children.
