Leadership Development Program
A 3.5 day program for Mid to Upper-level managers who seek to increase their effectiveness as leaders. Program offers participants an opportunity to understand research-based leadership concepts and how they relate to the unique challenges of their organizational roles. A range of in-depth self-awareness tools, 360- feedback from others, and creative learning activities help participants link their competence with their authenticity to find their true voice as leaders. Program results in enhanced confidence and clarity for taking action in fast-paced environments.

A 3-day program for newly promoted to mid-level managers who seek to improve their skills at managing others and leading effectively. Emphasis is on personal awareness, influence skills, enhancing working relationships, improving communications and managing conflict. Participants come away with a clear sense of the impacts of their personal style, how others perceive them, and a realistic development plan.
Team Development Program
A 3-day program for team leaders, members, and individuals responsible for creating team-based work groups, or intact teams. The program explores the challenges teams face, and offers tools and strategies to increase effectiveness in the face of competing agendas and personalities. Program helps participants create a team environment where individual members are aligned around common goals in a positive and productive way.
Leading Change
A 3-5 day program that uses Action-Learning to guide change. Action-Learning occurs when the organizational job challenge is the centerpiece of the management development experience. This program provides a foundation for individuals and teams to use consultative skills to re-define and solve organizational problems. Participants build key leadership skills, such as: coaching, giving feedback, leading groups, navigating organizational politics, thinking strategically and increasing trust among peers. This program is appropriate for individuals leading change initiatives, supervisors who want to improve common management challenges, a newly formed management team, and individuals who want to take action on their multi-rater feedback and development goals. Focus, length and follow-up are determined by client input.
Executive Coaching
Executive coaching brings a qualified business coach together with an individual (executive, manager, or contributor) to address and solve specific organizational challenges. Morales Associates’ coaching model is based on the goals of the participant in the context of his/her leadership challenges, and the organizations expectations.
Executive coaching can be the right approach to development during times of transition, change, and when roadblocks limit effectiveness, such as: Change in job scope; Growth of division or company; Frustration; Interpersonal conflicts; Disagreement with boss.
The executive coaching process is determined by a clear contract and purpose for the coaching, commitment and motivation by the client participant, confidentiality, and organizational support and cooperation. Focus and length of engagement are determined by client input and consultation.
Cross-Cultural Dynamics in Action
A 3-day program for mid-level to upper level managers and executives designed to address the cross-cultural dynamics of life in a global organization. Identifying the tensions and paradoxes that influence effectiveness and productivity when corporate norms conflict with local values. Through feedback, dialogue and experiential activities, participants use a dual-world model to address issues of comfort with power, risk taking and assertiveness that help or hinder their leadership effectiveness.
